Back-ordered items
If an item is on back-order, its expected ship date is shown on the product page and in your cart, and it ships as soon as stock arrives.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking number.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during carrier delays. If your order is late, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive, email info@prospelaskin.com and we’ll make it right.
